Goat Meat also goes by the name of 'chevon' or 'cabrito' however we prefer to get straight to the point.

Above is a diagram which identifies the available cuts, unfortunately we cannot provide the head.

Goat is consistent right the way through the carcass, and trim is minimal

meaning our mince, burgers and sausages are produced using the meat from any of the cuts.
