All meat is processed to order. If you select any pre-order or out-of-stock* items, it may take up to 14 days to fulfill your order. If you have an urgent request, please contact us, and we may be able to assist.

*Pre-order or out-of-stock items will be clearly marked. All other products are available for prompt dispatch. Orders will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Once it's ready, your order will be dispatched via overnight courier for next-day delivery, available Tuesday to Friday. If you prefer delivery on a specific day, please let us know, and we can usually accommodate your request. Your order will be delivered before 18:30.

All consignments are made to order and vacuum-packed in polystyrene boxes with refrigerant pads to keep your goods cool during transit. Unless otherwise specified, everything is provided fresh, allowing you the option to enjoy some of your order over the next few days with no hassle, or simply pop it straight into the freezer for later.

We deliver across the UK. Please note that some orders may take longer than 24 hours to arrive due to factors such as location, bank holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, which may cause delays. Rest assured, we pack all orders carefully to ensure they remain in good condition during any delays.

Please note, if your order is delayed for more than 72 hours after collection from our premises or arrives damaged, we will need photos of the outer and inner packaging as well as the products. Additionally, you will be required to complete the Parcelforce questionnaire before we can process any refund or arrange a re-delivery.
