All meat is killed to order and if you select any pre-order/out of stock* products it may take up to 14 days to receive your order. If you have a rush order please contact us we may be able to help.

*Products will state if they are pre-order/out of stock, everything else should be availible for prompt despatch. Orders will only be sent once all products are available.

Your order will be delivered before 18:30. Once your order is ready to go, it is dispatched by overnight courier for next day delivery. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you would like delivery on a specific day however, please let us know as this can usually be arranged.

All consignments are made to order and vacuum packed in polystyrene boxes with refrigerant pads to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey.  Unless specified, everything is provided fresh so that you have the choice of eating some of your order over the next couple of days with no hassle, or you can pop it straight into the freezer for a later date.

We deliver all over the UK, please note some orders may take longer than 24 hours due to location/Bank Holidays/Unforseen Circumstances which may result in a delay to your order but we ensure that all orders are adequately packed to cope with these delays.

Please note if your order is delayed for more than 72 hours from collection from our premisis or arrives damaged, we would require photos of the outer & inner packaging and the products, we will also require you to fill in the Parcelforce questionnaire before any refund or re-delivery can be arranged.
